Frank Marcucci is the National Director of Client Development at Porto Leone Consulting, LLC (“PLC”). Mr. Marcucci has over 28 years of experience in leading business/client development efforts for several national valuation firms. His cutting edge tax, financial reporting and estate planning valuation teams have enabled him to secure a varied array of Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Marcucci’s consistent ability to effectively interface with client, big four accountant and second tier accountant valuation review teams has earned him one of the most trusted and sought after reputations in the valuation industry.
Mr. Marcucci is uniquely skilled in coordinating complex valuation projects involving tangible and intangible property which will need to pass review under tax and audit review/scrutiny. He is noted for his devotion to his clients, providing personalized attention from the initial development of a proposal to the delivery of the final report. He is passionate about consistently delivering first in class client service and his unique ability to choose the best valuation expert for a given assignment has proven to be extremely valuable in securing clients who are most interested in long term relationships.
Mr. Marcucci is well versed in all aspects of valuation, specifically tax, financial reporting, estate planning, financing, corporate restructuring, purchase/sale price allocations, sale & leaseback, capital stock/options and minority interest valuations, intangible assets and cost segregation. His clients have relied on his unique expertise for projects prepared for ASC 805/350 financial reporting, impairment testing, ASC 718/505-50, IRC 409A, estate and gift tax matters, the establishment and maintenance of ESOPs, “SCorp” conversions, the purchase and sale of companies, charitable contributions, intra-corporate sale/transfers involving domestic/foreign subsidiaries and/or their underlying assets, real estate, equipment, personal property valuations and cost segregation studies.
Prior to joining PLC, Mr. Marcucci was Senior Vice President at Management Planning, Inc. (“MPI”) with national client development responsibilities serving public and private companies, accounting, law, trust & estate and private equity firms. He was instrumental in developing the entry platform for MPI’s foray into corporate/financial reporting valuation. Before joining MPI, he was Senior Vice President at Enterprise Appraisal Company, Inc. for 25 years. At Enterprise, he was responsible for establishing ASC 805/350 valuation policies and procedures, the development of strategic territories and the training of sales personnel. At Enterprise, he was also directly responsible for client development, contract negotiation, project staffing requirements and the implementation and daily coordination of multi-discipline valuation engagements on a domestic and international scale.
Mr. Marcucci attended Villanova University and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
